And the post in Strategic Development & Market Monitoring was a very good fit with the business management and analytical skills in my training profile. I think it's a very good idea that a trainee should be prepared for a particular future position from their very first day, since the trainee's particular strengths can be deliberately built on."

What do you do at Generali?
|
"My tasks in Strategic Development & Market Monitoring are very varied and demanding, since my department has to keep an eye on developments within the company itself and also, of course, on the market.
For example, I was able to play a supporting role in the regular process of reporting on strategic projects, drawing up analyses of the market environment and joining in a company-wide development strategy project, the last of which was particularly exciting and made a great impression on me."

| What do you like the most about (your work at) Generali? |
"My mentor supports me in my personal development by letting me benefit from his impressive knowledge and great experience. I also have the chance to work with people from higher management levels on a regular basis. When I do, I'm constantly impressed by the way trainees here are treated as equals."

| What do you do in your spare time? |
"I love being in the mountains. Thanks to the sensible working hours at Generali, I can pursue my hobby and practice climbing and mountain running every week."
